Verdacert is a certified translation company specializing in USCIS-accepted document translation for Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Dari, Pashto, Turkish, and dozens of other languages, serving immigration applicants, law firms, universities, and medical providers. We're hiring an Interpreter Coordinator to manage our network of interpreters and translation reviewers, ensuring the right linguist is matched to the right document and deadline every time.

What you'll do

• Recruit, vet, and onboard native-speaker interpreters and translation reviewers across our supported languages and dialects
• Schedule and assign interpreters and reviewers to incoming translation requests based on language pair, document type, and turnaround requirement
• Track deadlines across Standard, Express, Rush, and Same-Day service tiers, escalating at-risk orders to meet delivery windows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interpreters and reviewers, resolving scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps
• Maintain accurate records of interpreter credentials, language specialties, and performance history
• Monitor quality and turnaround metrics and flag recurring issues to leadership

What we're looking for

• Prior experience coordinating interpreters, translators, or a similar language-services workforce
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with a distributed network of contractors
• Ability to work efficiently with scheduling or workflow management tools
• Comfort working in a deadline-driven, detail-sensitive environment where accuracy matters

Nice to have

• Familiarity with immigration document types (birth certificates, marriage records, transcripts) or USCIS filing processes
• Experience working with Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Urdu, or Turkish language communities
• Background in translation project management or a language services agency
