Marketing Manager
About the role
Verdacert provides USCIS-certified translation services, primarily for Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Dari, Pashto, and Turkish documents, serving immigrants, law firms, and individuals filing time-sensitive immigration paperwork. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing efforts as we grow awareness among immigration applicants, attorneys, and institutions that rely on fast, accurate certified translations.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute marketing strategy across digital channels to drive awareness and qualified traffic to Verdacert's services
- Own content marketing initiatives, including website copy, case studies, and customer testimonials that speak to our core audiences
- Plan and manage paid and organic acquisition campaigns, tracking performance against clear conversion goals
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects service offerings, turnaround times, and pricing
- Manage relationships with any external agencies, freelancers, or vendors supporting marketing execution
- Analyze campaign and website performance data to continuously refine messaging and channel investment
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management or lead role
- Proven track record building marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth in a service-based or B2C business
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical or regulatory information into clear customer-facing content
- Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, paid search/social, and email marketing
- Comfort working with data and analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer-facing teams
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to immigrant communities or within the immigration, legal, or language services industries
- Familiarity with multilingual or multicultural marketing campaigns
- Experience with content localization or working alongside translation/localization teams
