Accessibility Statement
Verdacert LLC is committed to making our Services accessible to the widest possible audience, including users with disabilities. We design and build to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we continuously improve as new accessibility issues are identified or reported.
Standards we work toward
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a conformance target.
- Keyboard navigation throughout the public site and account portal.
- Screen-reader compatibility tested with NVDA and VoiceOver.
- Color-contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA at minimum.
- RTL text support for Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Pashto, Dari, Hebrew, Kurdish (Sorani), and Western Punjabi (Shahmukhi).
- Form labels, error identification, and focus management.
Known limitations
Some areas of the site, third-party embeds, and certain PDF deliverables produced for legacy customers may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion. We are actively auditing and remediating these areas. Our accessibility commitment does not extend to (a) third-party websites we link to, (b) third-party content embedded in or served alongside our Services (for example, embedded social-media content or customer-uploaded source documents), or (c) source documents you upload, which we faithfully translate but do not redesign for accessibility.
Report a barrier or request assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help completing an order, please contact accessibility@verdacert.com. Please include the page URL, the assistive technology you are using (if any), and a description of the issue. We respond within two business days and will work with you to provide the information or transaction through an alternative communication method.
Feedback & alternatives
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our Services. If you cannot complete an order online because of an accessibility barrier, our team can take your order by email; please contact us at the address above. We do not offer in-person service.

This statement reflects our good-faith effort and ongoing commitment to accessibility. It does not create any contractual rights and is not a representation or warranty that the Services are free of accessibility defects at any given time.
