For agency partners

Certified translation built for language service providers and translation agencies.

Verdacert offers white-label certified translation capacity to language service providers and freelance certified translators. When you have overflow, languages you don't cover, or USCIS-specific certification needs outside your usual scope, we provide reviewer capacity under your brand or ours, with DPAs, NDAs, and confidentiality agreements that work for B2B reseller relationships.

Why this mattersVERTICAL CONTEXT

What agency partners teams actually need from a translation partner.

Most language service providers cover a handful of languages well and then sub the rest. Most freelance certified translators face the same problem at a smaller scale: a USCIS-bound translation from a language they don't read shows up in their inbox and they need a reliable partner who can deliver under their certification statement or as a clearly disclosed subcontractor. The market for this work — agency-to-agency overflow — is large, fragmented, and undersupplied with reliable partners who actually understand certified translation rules.

Verdacert is built for that role. We accept reseller intake with full transparency on subcontracting (we are happy to be named in your certification or to provide a back-end-only credit), sign reseller-friendly NDAs and DPAs, and bill at a published wholesale schedule. Our certification statement is drafted to satisfy USCIS, courts, FDA, ECFMG, USPTO, and the other agencies that ask for 'certified translation.' Where you have your own template, we adopt it.

On the operations side, we run reseller accounts the same way we run firm accounts: a permissioned portal, consolidated monthly invoicing, dedicated reviewer assignment to maintain consistency across your end-clients' work, and same-day rush capacity for the overflow cases that don't honor your usual schedule. We do not poach your end-clients; the reseller relationship is firewalled by contract and operationally.

Regulations & standardsWHAT WE ALIGN TO

Rules and standards that govern agency partners translation work.

Every Verdacert translation in this vertical is produced to satisfy the specific regulations below. We cite them explicitly so your compliance team can reconcile our output to your file-review checklist.

8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3)

USCIS certified-translation standard. Where you take responsibility for the certification, our translation product is drafted to satisfy this rule. Where we co-sign, we provide the qualifying reviewer credentials.

ATA Code of Ethics

American Translators Association code governing confidentiality, accuracy, and disclosure obligations between translators and their clients. We work within the ATA framework on disclosed-subcontractor work.

ISO 17100

Translation services quality standard. While we are not currently ISO-certified, our internal review process (translator + independent reviewer + project manager) maps to ISO 17100 production workflow requirements.

State-specific civil procedure

For court-bound translations, the receiving jurisdiction's civil procedure rules govern certification language. We adapt to the specific state's requirements (e.g., California CCP § 1881.5, New York CPLR 2101(b), Texas Rule 1009).

FAQFOR AGENCY PARTNERS BUYERS

Agency partners translation: the questions teams ask before signing.

Q.01Can I deliver Verdacert's translation under my agency's certification statement?
Yes — this is the standard white-label model. You sign the certification statement under your agency's letterhead and certify the translation to your end-client; we produce the translation and assist with the source-language source-of-truth review. You retain the client relationship and the liability for accuracy. Wholesale pricing applies.
Q.02Or can your reviewer co-sign with their credentials disclosed?
Yes — this is the disclosed-subcontractor model. The certification statement names both your agency and our reviewer, with credentials disclosed. This is preferred when the end-client has specifically asked for translator-level disclosure (e.g., some PTAB filings, some court matters). Disclosed-subcontractor pricing is published.
Q.03Do you sign reseller NDAs and DPAs?
Yes. We sign standard reseller NDAs covering your end-clients' documents, plus DPA and BAA addenda where end-client contracts require them. We will work from your template if you have one, or use ours as a baseline.
Q.04Will you market to my end-clients?
No. Our reseller agreement includes a non-solicitation covenant. Your client list is not visible across our account boundary, and reviewer assignment is firewalled so our project managers do not see the underlying end-client names except where you choose to disclose them.
Q.05What's the wholesale pricing structure?
Wholesale pricing is published on signed reseller accounts and is 30–55% below our list per-page rate, depending on volume and disclosure model. Volume tiers kick in at 100 pages / month and 500 pages / month. Same-day rush is available at a 75% surcharge over the wholesale rate.
Q.06What languages and specialties do you cover that I might not?
Our active language coverage includes 30+ source languages with documented reviewer pools, including the MENA region (Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Kurdish dialects), East Asian (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese), South Asian (Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati), Central Asian (Turkish, Uzbek, Kazakh, Tajik), Eastern European (Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Czech), African (Amharic, Tigrinya, Somali, Swahili), and most Latin American Spanish dialects. Specialty domains include patent / IP, clinical research, litigation evidence, and high-stakes immigration work.
Q.07Can you handle a same-day overflow for a USCIS RFE deadline?
Yes. Same-day turnaround is available for documents uploaded before 11am ET, at a 75% surcharge over the wholesale rate. For reseller accounts with steady volume, we hold reviewer capacity for predictable peak windows (admissions cycles, end-of-fiscal-year immigration filings) when scheduled in advance.
