Verdacert was founded by a team of US-based engineers and MENA-region linguists frustrated with the gap between AI translation quality and the certification rigor immigration filings require. We built the service we wished existed.
What we do
We translate foreign-language civil documents — birth certificates, marriage records, academic transcripts, court documents, medical records — into certified English suitable for USCIS, US courts, universities, and medical providers. Every translation is reviewed by a native speaker before release.
Why MENA region
MENA-region documents are simultaneously high-volume in US immigration and high-difficulty: regional dialects, multiple calendar systems, religious-vs-civil document distinctions, and transliteration choices that materially affect filing outcomes. Generalist marketplaces optimize for breadth and miss these. We chose the narrowest scope so we can be the best at it.

Verdacert LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company headquartered in Export, PA with reviewers across the US and partner-country jurisdictions. All document handling occurs on US-based infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II–aligned controls; the Type II audit is in progress.
