Certified translation in 24 hours, or faster.
Express delivers in 24 hours and Rush in 14, around the clock, weekends included. For tighter deadlines, Same-Day aims for 8 hours and 4-Hour for 4: both best-effort, and refunded in full if we miss them.
Every speed, and what it costs
The same certified translation at every speed. A faster tier puts your order at the front of the review queue; a human reviewer still checks and certifies it.
| Speed | Delivered within | Per page | Legal & complex documents |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 48 hours | $22.95/page | $32.95/page |
| Express | 24 hours | $23.95/page | $33.95/page |
| Rush | 14 hours | $38.99/page | $48.99/page |
| Same-Day* | 8 hours | $89.99/page | $99.99/page |
| 4-Hour* | 4 hours | $169.99/page | $179.99/page |
* Same-Day and 4-Hour are best-effort, not guaranteed. Whether an 8- or 4-hour window is achievable depends on when you submit and how long your documents are, so we confirm it before starting work. If we can't deliver in time, you get a full refund.
Standard, Express and Rush are guaranteed. If we miss one, we upgrade you to the next-faster tier, credit the difference or refund the speed premium, as our Refund Policy sets out.
Orders of 8 pages or more get a multi-page discount: 5% at 8+ pages, 10% at 12+ and 15% at 20+.
How the clock works
- It starts when you pay. Upload, see the price and pay, and the delivery window starts. No account, call or quote request first.
- Nights and weekends count. Express and Rush run around the clock, every day of the week. A priority reviewer is assigned as soon as the order is placed.
- Same-Day and 4-Hour are confirmed first. We check that the window is achievable for your documents before starting, and refund the whole order if we miss it.
- It ends at the PDF. The window covers the certified PDF, emailed to you and on your order page. A mailed hardcopy or a notarized copy follows it.
Deadlines these speeds are for
- A Request for Evidence or a NOID response due at USCIS
- A green card or citizenship interview this week
- A court hearing or a filing deadline
- A consulate or embassy appointment
- A university, licensing board or employer deadline
- A DMV appointment with a foreign driver's license
Getting it there in time
- Filing online? Upload the certified PDF the minute it arrives. USCIS online filing takes it as it is.
- Need paper? Add a signed hardcopy and pick Priority Mail Express or FedEx Standard Overnight at checkout. Postage shows before you pay.
- Need it notarized? Notarization adds about three business days after the certified PDF. If your deadline is sooner, ask the office whether a certified translation will do: USCIS, for one, doesn't require notarization.
- Make it quick to start. Upload a clear scan of every page, both sides where there is printing, and spell the names on the order form, so nothing waits on an answer from you.
