Certify translations in your own name.
You are not translating from scratch. Our pipeline drafts the translation and runs automated checks over it — names, numbers, dates, passport checksums, transpositions. Your job is to verify that draft against the source, fix what is wrong, and put your name on it.
What it pays
| Delivery tier | Customer’s window | You earn per page | ATA-certified |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 48 hours | $5.00 | $7.00 |
| Express | 24 hours | $6.00 | $8.40 |
| Rush | 14 hours | $10.00 | $14.00 |
| Same-Day | 8 hours | $15.00 | $21.00 |
A page is a page whatever is on it — no word boundary. Most of what we handle is short: birth and marriage certificates, police records, diplomas, single-page court filings. Faster tiers pay more because they ask more of your schedule, and every queue row shows what it pays before you claim it. Hold a current American Translators Association certification? Tell us when you sign up and you’re paid the ATA-certified column, with the certification named on every certificate you sign.
How it works
- No quota, no schedule. You claim what you want and skip what you don’t. Some languages see several documents a week, others a few a month — we won’t oversell the volume.
- Paid once you’re owed $25, within 15 days of month end. Less than that carries over to the next month, and after four months we pay it whatever the amount. No invoicing, no waiting on the customer.
- You sign in your own name. Each approval is a Certification of Translation Accuracy that goes to USCIS, courts, universities and licensing boards.
- Only take languages you would defend under questioning. That is the one thing we are strict about. Each language you pick covers both directions — into English and out of it.
What signing up involves
- Your details, languages, delivery tiers and how you want to be paid — about 5 minutes.
- Read and sign the contractor agreement.
- A short training walkthrough, ending in a few questions.
- We review your application and email you either way.
