Certified passport translation - pick your source language.

Pricing is per page: $22.95 at Standard (48 hours), $23.95 at Express (24 hours) and $38.99 at Rush (14 hours). Passports typically run about 2 pages, so expect about $45.90 at Standard. The rate is the same for every source language, and your quote shows the full price before you pay.

Yes. Every translation comes with a signed certificate of accuracy that meets 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3): a complete English translation, and the reviewer's signed statement that it is accurate and that they are competent in both languages. US courts, universities and employers accept the same certification. If a recipient rejects it for a translation error, we retranslate or refund - conditions apply, see our Refund Policy.

No. USCIS does not require notarization - only the translator's signed certification statement under 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3). If another authority asks for a notarized translation, you can add notarization at checkout and receive a notarized PDF, usually within three business days after the certified PDF.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from the time we receive your document. Express is 24 hours. Rush is 14 hours, available 24/7 including weekends. Same-Day targets 8 hours and 4-Hour targets 4 hours, both on a best-effort basis - we confirm the window is achievable before starting and refund the order in full if we miss it. The promised tier appears on your order page, and if we miss a guaranteed tier, we make it right: a free upgrade to the next-faster tier, a credit for the difference, or a refund of the speed premium.

Yes. Every visible mark - official seals, registry stamps, registrar signatures, watermarks - is described in brackets within the translation so the accepting authority can verify the chain of authentication on the source document.

Hand-written entries are transcribed faithfully. Illegible portions are explicitly marked [illegible] rather than guessed - accepting authorities much prefer honest markers to plausible guesses. The reviewer leaves a note in the certification block explaining any [illegible] markers.

Minor revisions - typos, name-spelling corrections, format adjustments - are free for 90 days from delivery. Open your order page and click 'Request a revision'; the same reviewer (or another qualified one) typically handles the change within one business day.
