Translations accepted by Credential evaluators.
Credential evaluation services such as WES, ECE, and SpanTran need precise English translations of foreign diplomas, transcripts, and mark sheets before they can assess them. WES, for example, accepts translations from professional translation services but not from the applicant, and expects them word for word, in the order of the original.
What Credential evaluators requires of a translation.
The translation must include
- Word-for-word translation of every line, in the order of the original
- Grades, credit hours, and grading scales reproduced exactly - never converted
- Course titles translated literally, not swapped for US equivalents
- Seals, stamps, and signatures of the issuing institution described
- Prepared by a professional translator, not by the applicant
Where these translations are typically submitted
- WES course-by-course evaluations
- ECE and SpanTran evaluations
- Evaluations for graduate admissions
- Degree equivalency for H-1B and EB-2 petitions
A process you can hand to USCIS without rereading the rules.
Upload, we translate, you submit. Every step is bounded by a real deadline and a named reviewer.
Upload your document
Drag & drop a PDF, or photograph the original with your phone. We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, and TIFF up to 25 MB.
We translate & certify
Our translation engine produces a first draft. A vetted native-speaker reviewer with regional expertise edits and signs the certification before release.
