Verdacert is a certified translation service focused on the MENA region, helping immigrants, attorneys, universities, and medical providers get USCIS-accepted translations delivered in hours rather than days. We're hiring an Account Executive to build relationships with law firms, universities, and healthcare providers who need reliable, fast, certified translation services for their clients and patients.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting immigration law firms, universities, and medical/insurance providers
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound inquiries
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and pricing conversations that address a prospect's specific document translation needs
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing for high-volume or recurring translation accounts
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM
• Partner with operations and reviewer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new accounts

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, ideally in a B2B or services environment
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain a technical or compliance-driven product clearly
• Comfortable managing a multi-stakeholder sales process with law firms, universities, or healthcare organizations
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and forecasting
• Self-starter who can prioritize independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have

• Experience selling into immigration law firms, legal services, or language/translation services
• Familiarity with USCIS filing processes or immigration case types (I-130, I-485, N-400, asylum, etc.)
• Experience selling to university admissions offices or healthcare administrative teams
