Verdacert is a certified translation company serving USCIS filings, court proceedings, university applications, and medical documentation, with a focus on Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Urdu, Turkish, and dozens of other languages. We're looking for an Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day production and delivery processes running smoothly as order volume grows, ensuring documents move from intake to certified delivery on time, every time.

What you'll do

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end operational workflow, from document upload through translation, review, certification, and delivery
• Monitor turnaround times across service tiers (Standard, Express, Rush, Same-Day) and resolve bottlenecks before they affect deadlines
• Coordinate scheduling and workload distribution across reviewers and translators to meet committed delivery windows
• Track operational metrics (order volume, turnaround compliance, error/refund rates) and report on them regularly
• Manage vendor and add-on service logistics such as notarization requests and USPS Priority mailing
• Identify and implement process improvements, tooling, or documentation to scale operations without sacrificing quality

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in an operations management, production management, or process management role
• Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive workflows with hard deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working across multiple concurrent priorities
• Experience tracking and reporting on operational KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with distributed teams or vendors

Nice to have

• Experience in translation, localization, legal services, or immigration-adjacent industries
• Familiarity with quality control processes for regulated or compliance-sensitive deliverables
• Experience with tools for workflow tracking or light process automation
