Verdacert is a certified translation company serving USCIS immigration filings, courts, universities, and medical providers, with deep expertise in Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Dari, Pashto, Turkish, and dozens of other languages. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring clarity and consistency to how we present our services, our sample documents, and our brand across web and marketing materials.
In this role, you'll work closely with marketing and product teams to create visual assets that communicate trust, precision, and professionalism — qualities that matter deeply to customers navigating high-stakes immigration and legal document processes.
What you'll do
- Design marketing assets including web graphics, social media content, email templates, and digital ads
- Create and maintain visual templates for sample documents and product illustrations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to translate ideas into polished visual designs
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Support the design of landing pages, one-pagers, and other conversion-focused materials
- Prepare print-ready and export-ready files for various formats and platforms
What we're looking for
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across digital and print media
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines independently
- Strong attention to detail, especially important given the accuracy-focused nature of our business
- Clear communication skills and openness to feedback through iterative design reviews
Nice to have
- Experience designing for multilingual or international audiences
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience creating motion graphics or short-form video content
- Prior experience in legal, immigration, healthcare, or professional services marketing
